Orders are processed promptly, and tracking information is provided once your shipment is on its way.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
During launches, high-volume periods, or made-to-order drops, processing times may extend.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
ATENOGENES is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.The customer is solely responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country.If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned, all original shipping, return shipping, duties, and handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.We may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping only if explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping fees, handling charges, packaging costs, customs duties, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
In the event of an approved return, only the product value (if eligible) will be considered for refund.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
